Individual Membership Types

Courtesy: No individual with brain injury or their family members are denied membership because of financial concerns, a suggested donation of $5.00 to defray cost of mailing and membership records is welcome.

Basic: ($35.00) For an individual with brain injury, individual family member of other interested friend of the Brain Injury Alliance of Iowa who is not a professional working in the field of brain injury. 

Family: ($50.00) For two or more individuals with a family, including an individual with a brain injury, whether living at home or in a supervised facility. 

Professional: ($50.00) For an individual professional working in the field of brain injury or other interested professional.
